Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle customer billing & invoicing, including validation (end-to-end process).
- Perform revenue reconciliation.
- Manage employee cash advances and realization verification.
- Perform financial review of procurement (price, budget, payment terms, tax & financial risk).
- Review and control department budgets and realization.
- Conduct second-layer validation for high-risk reimbursements and payments.
- Provide backup support for AP (Vendor) invoice checking when required.
- Provide support for audit matters (coordinate with accounting) related to billing, payments, budget, and revenue.
- Perform financial review of contracts & commercial terms.
- Participate in SOP review and improvement for billing, payments, procurement, and budget control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Have 3 – 5+ years of experience in finance operations, billing, payment control, budget control, or procurement finance
- Experience in a fast-paced working environment is preferred
- Good understanding of billing, budget control, procurement finance, and contract financial review
- Proficient in written and spoken English for business communication
- Detail-oriented, firm in control, and comfortable working under pressure
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
