Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Lead and manage financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage cash flow and ensure proper allocation of resources for operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Identify opportunities for financial process optimization and implement best practices.

Kualifikasi

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a track record of managing complex financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial tools like Excel, or Google Sheets.
Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian (both verbal and written).
