Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Develop and manage content strategy and copywriting guidelines for daily social media.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, store activations, and brand events.
Create and oversee engaging visual and video content for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
Generate creative content ideas to support sales and brand growth.
Support research and development for editorial and campaign content concepts.
Plan and execute product or collection launch strategies across digital channels.
Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and marketing standards.
Monitor and evaluate content performance based on KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Production, KOL) to execute strategies

Kualifikasi

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and digital content trends.
Up-to-date with fashion trends and has a strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand identity.
Proven experience in content strategy, campaign planning, and social media content development.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging and impactful content ideas.
Able to manage end-to-end content planning, from ideation to execution.
Skilled in basic photo & video content production for social media, especially in fashion.
Able to analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on insights and KPIs.
Experienced in handling campaigns, product launches, and brand activations.
