Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Event Conceptualizations Manager to lead the conceptualization of innovative and engaging events. This position will be responsible for developing visionary concepts for a wide range of events. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and project management skills to craft unique event experiences that align with our clients' goals and expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Concept Development
- Design and develop creative event concepts that align with client objectives and brand identity, ensuring unique and memorable experiences.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating these into actionable and strategic event themes.
- Work closely with clients and event managers to define the event’s purpose, scope, guest profile, venue, and aesthetic requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Proposal Development & Presentation
- Create polished, professional proposals and presentations for client meetings and pitches.
- Present event concepts and proposals tailored to client preferences and requirements, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize deliverables.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead brainstorming sessions and guide a team of event planners and designers to execute concepts seamlessly from ideation to completion.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure creative and operational alignment.
Strategic Budget Oversight
- Manage budgets for conceptual elements, balancing innovation with cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor financial implications of creative decisions, ensuring projects remain within financial parameters.
Sales Support & Customization
- Customize sales materials, including presentations and brochures, to reflect client needs and event goals.
- Collaborate with sales teams to position concepts effectively during client pitches.
Market Insight & Trend Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform innovative concepts and strategies.
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Operational Efficiency
- Develop and manage tools for tracking sales metrics, budgets, and event details (e.g. spreadsheet)
- Prepare and maintain high-quality documents such as proposals, contracts, and correspondence to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 7 years of experience in event management, with a strong focus on concept development and creative design.
- A proven track record of delivering innovative and successful event concepts across diverse industries.
- Expertise in managing complex projects and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative event concepts and strategic execution.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
