Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Lead end-to-end optimization of warehouse & fulfillment operations across partners/sites. Focus on identifying bottlenecks, improving performance, and driving scalable, data-driven initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize end-to-end operations across warehouses/partners
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and capacity gaps
- Lead process improvements (layout, picking strategy, productivity, SLA)
- Define and monitor KPIs: SLA, accuracy, inventory, cost per order, productivity
- Drive continuous improvement projects with measurable impact
- Translate operational needs into system/WMS enhancements
- Standardize best practices across operations
- Support scaling (new warehouse onboarding, capacity expansion)
Kualifikasi
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in warehouse / fulfillment / 3PL operations
- Strong end-to-end operational and process optimization experience
- Proven track record improving efficiency, accuracy, or cost
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with WMS and system-driven operations
- Able to influence stakeholders and drive execution
