Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote/WFH)

We are seeking a results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist who specializes in lead generation for service-based businesses. This is a fully remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying deeply connected with our team through digital collaboration.

In this role, you won't be selling physical products; you’ll be selling expertise, results, and relationships. We need someone who understands the nuances of a longer sales cycle and knows how to capture high-intent leads for professional services.

Note: Candidates with prior experience working within a Marketing or PR Agency (either managing the agency’s own growth or handling high-level service clients) will be given top priority.

Key Responsibilities

• Service-Focused Lead Gen: Design and scale paid social campaigns specifically tailored to service offerings, focusing on high-quality lead acquisition over sheer volume.
• Multi-Channel Mastery: Execute sophisticated targeting strategies across Meta (FB/IG), LinkedIn, and TikTok to reach decision-makers and B2B/B2C service seekers.
• The "Agency" Lens: Treat the agency as the primary client, building a pipeline that keeps our strategy and sales teams busy with qualified prospects.
• Funnel Architecture: Optimize the transition from "Lead" to "Discovery Call." You'll manage Lead Forms and landing page conversion rates to ensure a seamless prospect journey.
• Creative Strategy: Direct the production of "authority-building" content—whitepapers, webinars, case studies, and video testimonials—that builds trust before the first click.
• Remote Collaboration: Maintain high levels of communication and transparency using our project management and communication tools to stay aligned with the team
