Deskripsi Pekerjaan
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer with proven hands-on experience in both SEO and paid advertising (Google Ads & Meta Ads), with a strong track record in lead generation for B2C and service-based industries. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, proactive, and independent, capable of driving end-to-end digital campaigns with minimal supervision.
- Lead and execute SEO strategy with a focus on improving ranking and driving organic traffic growth
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end, including strategy setup, audience targeting, optimization, and reporting to maximize generation and ROAS
- Handle content strategy, creation, scheduling, and publishing for social media channels
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards using tools like GA4 and Looker Studio, providing regular performance insights across campaigns and channels
- Proactively monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously optimize campaigns with minimal supervision
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in SEO and paid advertising (Google & Meta)
- Solid understanding of GA4, Looker Studio, and performance tracking tools
- Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads in B2C or service-based industries
- Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
- Self-starter attitude, comfortable working with minimal supervision
