Deskripsi Pekerjaan
* Lead engaging learning sessions that combine theory and hands-on practice in UI, UX, and app design for Apple platforms.
* Leverage your academic and/or industry experience to help learners translate innovative ideas into impactful real-world designs.
* Guide learners through the design process, including ideation, prototyping, usability testing, and user research.
* Establish design standards and serve as a key reference for design systems, user experience, and interface best practices.
* Co-design and continuously improve curriculum modules to create meaningful and effective learning experiences.
* Stay current with emerging design trends, platform updates, and educational approaches, integrating relevant innovations into the curriculum.
* Model lifelong learning and encourage a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and reflection.
* Communicate complex design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Kualifikasi
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a senior design role or 4+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or app design.
* Strong expertise in UI/UX design, including prototyping, usability testing, user research, and interaction design.
* Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or empower learners and teams to reach their full potential.
* Strong understanding of Apple platform design principles and ecosystem.
* Ability to navigate and collaborate across design and engineering disciplines.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Experience working collaboratively in fast-paced and iterative environments.
Bonus Points
* Experience with Challenge-Based Learning.
* Experience working in Agile environments and applying Scrum or similar methodologies.
* Knowledge in areas such as game design, 2D/3D asset creation, motion design, or augmented reality.
* Strong English communication skills.
