Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Handle and respond to customer inquiries via Instagram Messages, Email, Whatsapp, and other digital channels.
Ensure prompt and professional responses across all platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
Enhance customer experience by proactively addressing common concerns and providing helpful information.
Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Contribute to improving FAQs, knowledge bases, and automated responses for better effieciency.

Kualifikasi

1-3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or client support, ideally in B2C environments.
Experience in financial services, HR solutions, or employee benefits is a plus.
Proficient in handling omnichannel communication, including Instagram Messages, Email, Whatsapp, and other digital platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency is a plus).
Strong customer handling skills with an emphasis on problem-solving and empathy.
Customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
