The Senior Copywriter / Senior CRM Specialist is responsible for crafting high-quality, long-form and short-form content while leading CRM communication strategies to drive customer engagement, conversion, and retention. This role plays a key part in shaping brand narrative through in-depth articles, educational content, and lifecycle messaging, ensuring all communications are strategic, consistent, and data-driven.
This position requires a strong balance of editorial depth, storytelling, and CRM expertise, working closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Tech teams to optimize customer journeys across multiple touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Lead the development of long-form content such as articles, blog posts, landing pages, educational content, and thought leadership pieces
- Write and edit high-quality copy that translates complex topics into clear, engaging, and user-friendly narratives
- Plan and execute CRM campaigns across channels (email, push notification, in-app message, WhatsApp, SMS) with a focus on personalization and lifecycle stages
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Marketing teams to design end-to-end customer lifecycle journeys (onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement)
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across long-form content and CRM communications
- Conduct content and messaging A/B testing to continuously improve engagement and conversion performance
- Analyze CRM and content performance metrics (open rate, CTR, time on page, conversion rate, retention) and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Act as a reviewer and mentor for junior and mid-level copywriters or CRM specialists
- Stay up to date with industry trends, editorial best practices, CRM tools, and content optimization techniques
