Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Conduct a comprehensive review and evaluation of business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas that need improvement especially in warehouse management system.
- Implement improvements and develop innovative solutions to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Design reports to monitor operational performance and improve operational visibility.
- Create, manage, and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational work instructions.
- Ensure that operational improvements are implemented and executed effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Business and Management disciplines.
- Experienced and have a knowledge in warehouse management system.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse and logistic field.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Possess problem-solving skills with a concept of continuous improvement.
- Proficient in data processing and effective presentation using Google Doc Editor or MS Office.
- Have experience in creating well-organized work documents that adhere to standards.
