Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities：
1. Lead overall social commerce strategy, ideation, execution on major social media platforms, including data insight and analyst, daily and campaign planning, account optimization, affiliate promotion.
2. kol/koc cooperation and external resources development, maintaining consistency in tone, design, and messaging across various channels.
3. Work closely with internal team members (TAP, content creators,editors) and external vendors according to SOP, deliver high-quality content strategy and ensure campaigns launched on time.
5. Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
6. Analyze and report on content performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
7. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members when needed.
Kualifikasi
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in social media planning, strategy making, KOC/KOL cooperation，preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
2. Strong understanding of cosmetic industry on social platforms especially TikTok.
3. Have team management experience.
3. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
4. Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or other design/video editing software.
5. Excellent attention to detail, design sensibility, and storytelling skills. Solid portfolio demonstrating your ability to create content that's both creative and results-driven.
6. Self-motivated, organized, and able to handle multiple projects independently.
