Job Purpose / Position objectives:
Support technical construction and monitoring development program activities at HFH Indonesia
Key Responsibilities / Main Responsibilities:
- Main Task as Project Progress Monitoring of the entire Habitat Indonesia Project and ensuring the construction monitoring checklist is carried out on a weekly basis.
- Provide supervision so that Clusters / Projects can meet RAB planning and drawing standards.
- Helping improve the quality of design planning and controlling costs in construction (Design & construction budget review).
- Helping improve the quality & quantity of construction monitoring (Periodical construction monitoring).
- Document design files that have been approved by AP (Habitat Indonesia design catalog). Will be updated quarterly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Civil Engineering / Architecture
- Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the field of Construction
- Able to work effectively and independently;
- Have good communication skills;
- Have good leadership skills;
- Have the capacity to develop HFH programs;
- Have a commitment to practice the principles of HFH Have high integrity and honesty;
- Have knowledge in all aspects of simple house construction;
- Good skills in using CAD programs or other software programs related to design / construction.
- Willingness to travel (25%) to Habitat Indonesia’s sites.
