Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Identify and cultivate prospective clients, actively generating sales leads to expand the client base.
- Conduct comprehensive sales activities and market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Manage proposals and support tender processes, including the preparation and submission of accurate quotations, sales forecasts, and expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Liaise closely with customers on secured projects to ensure the successful implementation of the scope of supply as outlined in the purchase order, generating billing and invoices accordingly.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all customers through regular communication, including calls and visits. Conduct formal presentations to customers and industry stakeholders as required.
- Maintain and expand the existing customer base while actively developing new customer relationships to facilitate continuous business expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Ability to effectively communicate and discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leads.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Possess a sales-oriented personality with a demonstrated passion for engineering, particularly in civil, mechanical, or technical fields.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in selling products to contractors, consultants, or company owners, with a proven track record in project management. Working knowledge in the building industry is preferred, and experience in the construction and mining sectors is highly desirable.
- Personal qualities of the candidate should include ambition, a strong understanding of project management principles, and the ability to foster positive relationships with contractors, consultants, or company owners.

Nowadays PAF also expands its expertise to cover structural offshores and marines. In 2016 PCG (Profabril Consulplano Group), a leading international Portuguese Engineering Consulting Firm, became the new majority shareholder of PAF.
