
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Drive GMV and order growth within the assigned category by building and maintaining strong relationships with merchants.
- Monitor and manage merchant performance through strategic negotiations and adapt plans based on sales outcomes.
- Resolve day-to-day merchant issues promptly and effectively.
- Analyze market trends, competitor products, and promotional strategies to develop actionable insights and support merchant participation in campaigns and promotions.
- Track and address merchant violations (e.g. delayed or false shipments, low customer service response rates) and work with underperforming merchants to improve.
- Analyze performance and continuously refine operational strategies for better results.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in E-commerce category or merchant management (Experience within E-commerce platforms or home goods brands is preferred).
- Strong communication skills in English, both spoken and written (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
- Proven experience in leading and managing a team.
- Familiarity with the home and living industry, brands, products, merchant networks, and business coordination is preferred.
- Sharp market awareness and strong analytical skills, with the ability to integrate and leverage resources effectively.
