Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1.Responsible for GMV and order categories, maintaining good communication and relationship with merchants
2. Responsible for managing and monitoring merchant store performance through strategic negotiations,
and adjusting according to the sales output of category merchants
3. Responsible for following up and solving daily merchant problems
4. Combined with market conditions and competitors' products and promotion strategies, analyze
and research and propose counter measures, and assist merchants to participate in promotional
or promotional activities
5. Monitor merchant violations, delayed shipments, false shipments, customer service response rate tracking, and rectification of mismatched merchants
6. Have data analysis capabilities and optimize operation strategies based on data performance
Kualifikasi
1. Bachelor degree in Business, management, or communication
2. Able to communicate fluently in English for oral and written communication, and those who can
communicate orally and in written Mandarin are preferred
3. At least 3 years of ecommerce category/platform merchant management experience
(those with experience in managing large e-commerce platforms or home brand sellers are preferred)
4. Have relevant home industry (familiar with brands, products, merchant resources, and those with
business docking experience are preferred)
5. Have keen market awareness and ability to analyze and integrate resources
