Position: Senior Business Development Executive
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in account management and business development within the banking, financial services, or technology sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing strategic customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new business acquisition initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Drive business growth by generating new opportunities and participating in new tenders and procurement processes.
- Prepare business proposals, commercial offers, presentations, and supporting documentation.
- Conduct customer meetings, solution presentations, and executive-level discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer strategies and successful bid responses.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities within the banking and financial services sector.
- Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and regularly report business development activities.
Kualifikasi
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Information Technology, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management, Sales, or Relationship Management.
- Experience working with Banking, Financial Services Institutions (FSI), Fintech, or Payment Industry customers is highly preferred.
- Strong presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and customer engagements simultaneously.
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
