Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Outbound sales and lead sourcing: Identify potential clients and conduct market research of the prospective clients business (B2B Clients), acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Negotiation and closing of deals: Lead contract negotiations to establish a strong working relationship with our local partners to ensure mutual growth of the partnership.
- Client relationship management: Ensure excellent customer service by understanding client needs, responding promptly to queries, and offering effective solutions.
- Business analysis: Track sales trends, provide in-depth data analysis on products and business users, and identify opportunities for demand growth.
- Sales operations: Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner.
- Product expertise: remain knowledgeable on product offerings and provide expert advice for clients.
- Become the face of Lalamove when engaging local partners to promote our services and values.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing with 4+ years in B2B logistics/ supply chain sales
- Data-driven & target-oriented with experience in FMCG or logistics (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & G-Suite (CRM experience is a plus)
- Sales-driven with a can-do attitude & problem-solving mindset
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
