Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design and execute Live Creator/KOL development strategies to drive GMV and revenue growth
Lead and manage the Business Development Live Creator team to achieve KPI targets
Develop long-term strategic partnerships with top Live Creators, agencies, and key partners
Analyze live streaming performance (GMV, conversion rate, retention, engagement) and optimize strategies based on data insights
Oversee the end-to-end Live Creator lifecycle, including sourcing, onboarding, activation, performance management, and retention
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Content, and E-commerce teams to ensure optimal execution of live campaigns
Initiate and lead pilot projects and new business initiatives to support live streaming expansion and innovation
Prepare business performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations for management
Execute senior management directives and ensure timely and effective implementation

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major and Fresh Graduated are Welcome
Proficiency English, as it is used as a working language
Has minimum 3 years Experience in Sales Marketing/KOL Specialist
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced and high-intensity environment
Strong adaptability with the ability to respond quickly to urgent situations
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good teamwork and communication skills with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
Strong time management skills and flexible working attitude
Actively uses social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Threads, X, etc.
Possesses good aesthetic sense and interest in styling / mix-and-match fashion
