💡 What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and oversee ongoing business operations, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and strategize new business opportunities by analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term partnerships and business growth.
  • Actively participate in business expansion efforts, including networking, attending industry events, and forming strategic collaborations.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover new markets, assess customer needs, and refine service offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and operations teams to create and execute business development initiatives.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies and maximize revenue.

Kualifikasi

💡 What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Business, Finance, or other relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Business Consulting.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end business development processes from market research, opportunity identification, client approach, to deal closing.
  • Experienced in building relationships and negotiating with decision-makers (from managerial to executive levels).
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Experience in financing projects or financial services is a plus.
  • Well-connected with financial institutions and potential strategic partners.
