Job Responsibilities:

Business Performance Analysis – Monitor and analyze key business metrics (sales, customer retention, supply chain efficiency, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities.
Data-Driven Decision Making – Translate data insights into strategic recommendations for growth, operational improvements, and cost optimizations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to align business goals with data insights.
Process Optimization – Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in operations, proposing solutions to enhance productivity and profitability.
Market & Competitive Analysis – Evaluate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviors to drive business strategy.
Automation & Reporting – Develop dashboards and reporting tools to streamline data visualization for stakeholders.
Business Case Development – Support leadership in making high-impact decisions by providing well-structured business cases.

Kualifikasi

Job Requirements:

3+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategy, or a related field, preferably in e-grocery, retail, or startup environments.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Looker, Power BI, etc).
Experience in forecasting and business intelligence.
Proven ability to manage and interpret large datasets, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a simple, actionable manner.
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing decision-making at different levels.
