- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate needs into technical specifications
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams
- Manage stakeholders and project discussions
- Support project planning and delivery
- Lead UAT and solution validation
- Mentor junior business analysts
- Contribute to AI and data-driven initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5+ years experience as Business Analyst
- Strong in requirements gathering & documentation
- Comfortable in technical discussions
- Experience in project management
- Good understanding of Agile & SDLC
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership / mentoring experience
- Exposure to AI projects is a plus
