Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Lead the creation and implementation of innovative brand marketing strategies to elevate our company’s identity and awareness, with a focus on premium and high-value products.
- Develop and oversee integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, and traditional media) tailored to premium customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all touch points.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics to drive data-based decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of luxury and premium market trends, leveraging best practices to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the leadership team on brand-related initiatives and investments, especially within the premium product category.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in brand management or senior-level marketing roles.
- Demonstrated success in conceptualising and executing premium or luxury brand campaigns, across both digital and traditional channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure, interpret, and optimise brand performance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing and inspiring cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proficiency in brand strategy, market research, and consumer insights for premium markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
