As a Senior Brand Manager at TopUpNoLimit, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to strengthen our position in the market. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can innovate and create superior marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term branding and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends, consumer data, and competitor performance to identify new opportunities.
- Lead multi-platform marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Oversee and evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets to ensure efficiency and optimal ROI.
- Act as a strategic leader in the development of new products and communication strategies.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a proven track record of leading teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media trends.
- Excellent data analysis skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, innovative, and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
