Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1、Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts in the Indonesia, ensuring growth and customer satisfaction.

2、Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

3、Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling Lazada's products and services.

4、Collaborate with internal teams to create and execute account strategies, coordinating resources to meet customer demands.

5、Monitor market trends and competitors, adjusting sales approaches accordingly to stay competitive in the B2B market.

6、Regularly report on account performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Kualifikasi

1、Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

2、Below one year of experience in key account management, preferably in the e-commerce or B2B industry.

3、Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.

4、Familiarity with the Indonesian market and its business landscape, particularly in the context of e-commerce.

5、Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems to manage customer data and track sales progress.

6、Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
