  • Provide file for governance, Quick Reference Guide & Work Instruction of first mile network and have approval/signed by management level.
  • Design, and optimize the First mile network to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Analyse the routes, trips, working hour, and capacity utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyse volume forecasting and network performance to generate capacity planning of the overall network
  • Manage relationship with stakeholders across different function, especially Operation and Logistic Strategy team.
  • Maintaining the transfer route, and network coverage to make sure all the lane connected and meet the SLA
  • Conduct root cause analysis for network inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Lead and participate in initiatives/project to streamline

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Industrial engineering.
  • At least 3 years experience as operation excellence and management in logistics area.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Have good critical thinking, judgement, decision making and problem solving skills as part of ability to connect the dots based on data
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing big group of people, with managerial levels
  • Think beyond one’s areas to manage cross-functional implications
  • Respect other’s point of view with an open-minded
