Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Work under the guidance of Head of Design
- Residential, public buildings, and hospitality
- Guidance of Junior Architects to create an atmosphere of learning and development
- All phases: conceptual design, design, development, construction planning, site management
- Responsible for project design development and reviewing consistency, completeness, and correctness of architectural and engineering detail drawings.
- Ensuring all plans are compliant with governmental health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with other teams involved in projects, providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design details and specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Graduated from architecture school or design school, or equivalent practical experience
- Highly interested in architecture and interior design
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Indonesia, preferably in Bali and experienced in hospitality projects
- Able to work together in a team
- Hard working, self motivated, and able to perform professionally under pressure, detail-oriented and highly analytical
- In-depth understanding of CAD and other architectural design software
- Good time management and dedicated to excellence
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Working location: Berawa, Bali
- Good knowledge of English
