About the Role
You’ll oversee the accounting and tax operations for Dealls and KantorKu, ensuring our financial records are accurate, compliant, and well-structured as the company scales. As Senior Accounting & Tax, you’ll manage day-to-day bookkeeping, tax filings, financial reporting, and coordination with external auditors or tax consultants.
This role suits someone who is highly detail-oriented, disciplined with financial processes, and comfortable taking ownership of the company’s accounting and tax compliance end-to-end.
Accounting Operations
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping across company accounts (AP, AR, expenses, revenue).
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Produce monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Monitor expense documentation and ensure proper financial records.
Tax & Compliance
- Handle Indonesian tax obligations including PPN, PPh21, PPh23, and annual corporate tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external tax consultants and auditors when required.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure internal processes stay compliant.
Finance Support
- Support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Track financial performance and highlight key variances.
- Maintain clean financial documentation for audits, due diligence, or investor reporting.
Kualifikasi
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6+ years experience in accounting, tax, or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK accounting standards.
- Experience preparing financial statements and handling tax reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with financial data.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple financial responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and accounting systems.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in startup or technology companies.
- Familiarity with accounting tools such as Jurnal, Accurate, or Xero.
- Experience supporting audits or financial due diligence.
