Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide overall leadership of the sales organization, setting vision and strategy for OTT and publisher-side revenue growth.
- Lead and inspire a team of account managers and senior account managers, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and maintain executive-level client relationships (CMOs, agency leaders, industry stakeholders).
- Develop and implement innovative sales solutions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership across functions (Product, Marketing, Data, Strategy) to align business objectives.
- Oversee sales forecasting, reporting, and market intelligence to inform executive decision-making.
- Represent the company in industry forums, strengthening brand visibility and positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic or ad network.
- Proven success in scaling revenue, designing sales strategy, and leading large teams.
- Established executive-level relationships within the media and advertising industry.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate market insights into business growth.
- Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial and visionary, with the capacity to thrive in a dynamic industry.
