We are hiring Account Executives to support our growing need for client acquisition in the B2B training sector. This position is suitable for sales professionals who thrive on performance-based rewards and flexible working arrangements.
Site working – South Jakarta (Remote)
Employment Type: Contract (6 months, extendable)
Work Arrangement: Full remote with mandatory in-office evaluation once a month
Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire corporate clients for training programs
- Lead full sales cycles: prospecting, cold calling, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals
- Maintain relationships with key decision makers in target companies
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, content, and delivery teams
- Achieve strict quarterly targets with monthly performance reviews
- Utilize marketing materials provided by the company
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, or Account Manager in a training center or related industry
- Proven track record in acquiring at least 10 corporate clients with >1000 employees
- Strong sales acumen and ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
