Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
Develop comprehensive event proposals and decks that effectively communicate concepts and strategies to clients.
Lead client presentations, ensuring ideas and plans are clearly articulated and align with their goals.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, operations) to ensure alignment in client deliverables.
Ensure all client needs and expectations are met throughout the event planning process.
Monitor project budgets to ensure profitability and value delivery.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
Collect and analyze client feedback post-event to improve future strategies.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Event Management, or related fields.
5+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an event or activation agency.
Strong skills in creating and delivering professional decks and presentations.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering results and exceeding client expectations.
Experience managing multinational clients or high-profile accounts.
Familiarity with integrating digital elements into event strategies.
