Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for achieving or exceeding established sales targets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing corporate partners.
- Conduct effective sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate with potential clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Mentor and train junior sales team members.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a senior role
- Experience in related industries (e.g., fintech, banking, B2B) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation skills.
