Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Menjamin produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi syarat.
- Menjamin produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi spesifikasi mutu yang diterapkan.
- Menganalisa bahan baku, produk jadi, dan packaging.
- Menjaga agar proses produksi dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prosedur yang sudah ditentukan.
- Mengatur dan mengkoordinasi tim quality control.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan min. S1 Biologi/Bioteknologi/Kimia/Teknologi Pangan dengan IPK. min. 3.00.
- Memahami ISO 22000, HACCP, dan alat-alat laboratorium.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai QC supervisor min. 5 tahun.
- Memiliki pengetahuan dibidang analisa kimia, mikrobiologi, packaging dan produk jadi.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership yang baik.
- Familiar dengan Ms. Office (word, excel, powerpoint).
- Bersedia ditempatkan di pabrik Maros, Sulawesi Selatan.
