Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Determine strategy and implementation to achieve B2C (especially e-commerce) and B2B sales targets through various marketing strategies.
  • Manage B2B and B2C sales teams to be able to carry out their duties in achieving sales targets.
  • Develop strong market intelligence and monitor competitor activities on trade channel-related matters and proactively provide feedback to management.
  • Building strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Manage a strong pipeline and ensure accurate sales forecasting and account planning.
  • Strong Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Supervisor/Asst Manager in the Retail/General Trade industry, preferably in the Skin Care/Beauty/personal care industry.
  • Having strong database B2B channel
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with sales reporting, performance tracking, and forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams.
  • Result oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
