Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Assist managers in the implementation of main tasks in the General Affairs Department, in collecting information related to the development of ongoing works, in conveying information related to the conclusion of solutions in light work constraints or problems then also assist in the payment process of some services needed in the General Affairs division including in making work agreements with suppliers. Responsible for archiving important company documents.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree with any major
- Have worked as secretary or in related position required for at least 2 years or fresh graduate are welcome
- Have good communication skills in verbal and written and good attitude
- Honest, detailed and responsible.
- Have organizational, analytical thinking and time management skills
- Able to work on a team or individual
- Able to English speaking and written is a plus
- Willing work to Serang, Banten
