Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Create, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about the latest SEM trends and best practices.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for SEM efforts.
- Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations.
- Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Willing to work full WFO
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SEO and SEM, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and SEM platforms (e.g., Google Ads).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication, writing, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
- Fluency in English is compulsory.
- Experience with social media marketing and integration SEM efforts.
- Knowledge on Meta Ads would be a bonus.
