Digitalent are young talents with a passion for software engineering who need more exposure, knowledge, and training to flourish in their role fully.
As Digitalent, you will receive a six-month structured training program, covering the software engineering fundamentals, best coding practices on common tech stacks and tools used in the enterprise development centre, as well as near-the-job training through simulated projects. After completing the training program, you will get the opportunity to join our Engineering team and build your career.
To ensure your professional and technical skills development, you will be supervised by dedicated mentors who will guide and help your growth during the training program. This training program for Digitalent aims to prepare you to become a skilled full-stack engineer with the professional and technical skills needed for a heightened role in our tech team and eventually ready to solve complex, real-world problems with other experienced engineers in respective fields.
Kualifikasi
- Final year student or Bachelor’s Degree in all majors
- Passionate and interested in pursuing a career in software development and programming
- Candidates with 0-2 years of employment experience in Technology and Engineering fields are welcome to apply
- Exposure in web development or programming will be an advantage (e.g. freelance projects, internships, short courses, work experience, etc.)
- Knowledge of basic coding skills and fundamental computer science will be an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Motivated with a positive attitude and driven to learn
- Uphold high standards and proactively come up with initiatives for better improvements
- Able to commit to full-time employment and willing to be located in Jakarta
