Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Facilitate daily Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and optimizing team performance.
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles, removing obstacles to progress.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from reputable university
- More than 3 years’ experience as Scrum Master
- Experience in Software Development
- Experience as a leader more than 2 years
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
- English proficient (written and oral)
- Ready to join immediately.
- Willing to work on 6-month contract (Potential extension subject to performance evaluation)
- Willing to work onsite from Client Office at Pulomas Jakarta or Yogyakarta.
