Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Improving student's academic performance by doing assessment, monitoring, and problem solving.
- Listening to students' concerns about academic, emotional or social issues.
- Strengthen the family-school relationship.
- Providing counseling to the students in both individual and group settings as necessary.
- Helping students process and overcome their problems.
- Improving the assessment of student's academic progress and behavior.
- Providing reports in regards to students psychological and behavioral conditions and needs.
Kualifikasi
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Educational Psychology is a must.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good working knowledge of mental health and the treatment of affective and behavioral disorders.
- Experienced in providing psychological assessment and counseling to students is a plus.

We aim to develop and inspire lifelong learners and enable them to fully develop their talents, dispositions and capabilities.
