Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide operational and user support for system modules FAM, IEM, BGP, CON, including access management.
- Resolve tickets and perform authorization settings in accordance with procedures and SLA.
- Configure and assign user roles based on the User Access Matrix.
- Escalate issues to Level 3 Support when problems cannot be resolved at the first level.
- Work closely with users to ensure solutions meet operational needs and comply with policies.
Kualifikasi
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, System/Functional Analyst, or Accounting (Financial Operations) for team member
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT or Accounting/Financial Operations, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor/Lead position for Supervisor/Lead
- Understanding of financial operations and related system modules (FAM, IEM, BGP, CON).
- Ability to manage tickets, analyze problems, and provide effective solutions.
- Detail-oriented with good knowledge of access management procedures.
- Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with users.
