About the Role
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team and support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors modules across our organization. The ideal candidate is experienced in HR technology transformation projects, understands business processes, and can translate client or stakeholder needs into effective system configurations and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business stakeholders to analyze HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement using SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Configure, implement, and support one or more SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage system enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and data validation to ensure system accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-implementation support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, best practices, and system updates.
- Participate in project planning, requirements gathering, and system testing (UAT).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Kualifikasi
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support.
- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following modules: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Learning.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a consulting environment preferred.
