Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Security Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather SAP security requirements and align them with business needs.
- Security Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and implement security solutions for SAP components, including HANA S/4, Suite on HANA, CRM, C4C, HCM, SuccessFactors, ECC, and other SAP solutions.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect SAP systems and data.
- Implementation Lifecycle: Manage security aspects across the full SAP implementation lifecycle, from planning and design to post-implementation support.
- Security Auditing: Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as GDPR, SOX, or HIPAA, as applicable.
- Incident Response: Develop and execute incident response plans to address security breaches or threats.
- Training and Awareness: Provide training and raise awareness among SAP users and stakeholders regarding security best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP security design and configuration.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP components, especially HANA S/4, Suite on HANA, CRM, C4C, HCM, SuccessFactors, ECC, and other SAP solutions.
- Strong understanding of SAP security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work throughout the entire SAP implementation lifecycle.
- Familiarity with security auditing and incident response procedures.
- Experience in S/4HANA implementation at least 2 full cycles in respective module
- experience in S/4HANA implementation with top 3 global system integrator (SI) is preferable
- certification in SAP BASIS module is preferable
