  • Design, create, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training plans aligned with company goals.
  • Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions through interactive modules, workshops, and assessments that resonate with diverse participants.
  • Track training effectiveness, collect feedback, and continually improve training programs based on assessments, sales performance metrics, and participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and after-sales team to ensure training content aligns with real business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends, technologies, and training methodologies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in product training or sales training, within the automotive industry.
  • Proven record of developing and adapting training content for different skill levels, learning preferences, and training formats.
  • Excellent training facilitation, methodologist, public speaking, and presentation skills to drive impactful learning.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
