Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare sales skill training materials for internal and external purposes of the Company.
- Conduct training based on the material, for the internal and external interests of the Company.
- Coordinating with the VM, SCC and Analyst teams in terms of assessing sales consultant KPIs related to training activities.
- Coordinating with branch SCCs related to training activities and carried out in any branch.
- Collaborate with VM, SCC in terms of market and competitor analysis related to selling skill set training materials
- Coordinate with branch teams to obtain TNA information for the purposes of training materials module's.
- Create a regular training schedule for sales consultants and other internal department.
- Coordinate with the HCD department to identifying training needs and evaluating the effectiveness of training
- Perform other duties according to the instructions and directions from the superior
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree from reputable university; majoring marketing, communication, management, PR and others
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role
- 5 (five) years of similar experience, experience in sales position will be a plus
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Ability to manage training skill analysis and evaluate the training process
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Additional certification in training is a plus
