GreenSM Vehicle Business is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to ensure smooth sales operations from order processing to vehicle delivery.
This role is critical in coordinating between customers, banks, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution of sales transactions and financing processes.
- Support payment processing and reconciliation with customers, banks, and business partners
- Track customer orders and monitor sales progress from booking to vehicle delivery
- Manage contracts, agreements, and sales documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Coordinate financing, vehicle ordering, and delivery processes with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate sales records and support operational reporting
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, or sales support roles
- Preferably has a background in the automotive, rental, transport or mobility industry
- Good understanding of financing, payment, or customer transaction processes is an advantage
- Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting processes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent document and data management skills
- Strong communication skills with good English proficiency
