GreenSM Car Business division is looking for a Sales Support Lead to drive seamless sales operations, ensure strong process control, and lead a high-performing support team from order placement to vehicle delivery. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and customer satisfaction across the entire sales journey.
- Lead and oversee the Sales Operations team to ensure efficient handling of sales processes, documentation, payments, and EV delivery.
- Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, including coordination with VinFast team, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant vehicle delivery.
- Own governance of contracts, agreements, and sales documentation in line with automotive, financial, and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a strategic partner to the Sales Director by reviewing, improving, and scaling sales processes, policies, and systems to support business growth.
- Build, develop, and performance-manage a high-performing sales operations team, ensuring service quality, accuracy, and SLA achievement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; automotive or transport industry background is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales administration, or commercial operations, with exposure to vehicle sales or financing processes.
- Proven leadership experience managing operational teams in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of vehicle order management, financing flows, documentation control, and partner coordination (OEM, banks, dealers).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong English proficiency and CRM/Office expertise.
