Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks for B2B car sales and rental operations
- Manage and maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, proposals, and agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workflow processes run efficiently
- Use SAP and other systems to process orders, input data, and monitor status updates
- Support the sales team in preparing reports, tracking KPIs, and managing customer records
- Ensure proper filing, documentation control, and timely updates of sales-related data
- Assist in coordinating vehicle deliveries, returns, or rental arrangements when needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales administration, rental, or fleet business
- Preferably has a background in the automotive or ride-hailing industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and handling business documents
- Familiar with SAP systems, internal workflows, and contract processes
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently or with teams
