Client Acquisition

  • Identify and engage with potential clients within the local market for FMCG products. Build and maintain a robust client base through targeted sales efforts.

Product Knowledge

  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's FMCG product offerings and supply chain solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition to clients.

Sales Strategies

  • Devise and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Building

  • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and retailers. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into market trends and recommending appropriate products and solutions.

Market Analysis

  • Stay informed about local market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. Use this information to identify opportunities and challenges within the FMCG and supply chain landscape.

Order Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and effective inventory management. Collaborate with supply chain teams to optimize logistics and distribution.

Promotions and Marketing

  • Work with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and other marketing initiatives to boost sales and brand visibility.

Customer Service

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in local sales within the FMCG or supply chain industry.
  • Familiarity with FMCG products and supply chain processes.
  • Proven track record of successful sales, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively convey complex information to clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service.
