Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Being a leader for the sales team to achieve sales target.
- Creating strategies to build up target, teamwork, and service.
- Building and maintaining good relationship and communication with all customers.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must own at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any major with minimum GPA 3.00 with standard 4.00.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar role.
- Preferably from FMCG Industries.
- Experienced in handling frozen food & beverages will be a plus point.
- Experienced in leading team.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Able to drive and have the license for Car (SIM A).
- Willing to be placed in Sumatera and West Kalimantan area. *placement will determined based on company needs and consideration.
