We are currently in a rapid growth phase. Alongside our clinic expansions, customer journey digitalization, and new talent acquisition, our Sales team is also scaling rapidly. To support this growth, we need a strong analytical leader.
Why This Role is Important:
Our Sales team is at the forefront of our company's growth. We are looking for a Business Analyst Manager to lead our Sales Performance Management & Support function.
This role is crucial as you will be a strategic business partner to the Sales team. You will not only analyze data but also lead a team that manages the entire sales support process—from budgeting and forecasting to the automation of operational processes like invoicing and reimbursement.
You will ensure all sales operations run smoothly, budgets are controlled, and the Sales team has the data-driven insights they need to succeed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Performance & Support team to deliver top-tier analytical and operational services to the Sales department.
- Manage good relationship with Internal Stakeholder; Operations, Growth, Marketing, and Product.
- Lead the annual and quarterly sales budgeting and forecasting process in close collaboration with the Sales and Finance teams.
- Manage and oversee budget allocation for various sales channels, including B2B and B2X2C.
- Strictly monitor and control the Sales department's budget.
- Create and analyze regular reports to control the budget related to: revenue, discounts, logistics costs, manpower (MPP), entertainment, and other sales operational expenses.
- Design and oversee the implementation of automation projects for sales support processes, especially for invoicing and reimbursement workflows, to improve efficiency.
- Ensure the team generates regular and accurate reports related to Accounts Receivable (AR), Invoice status, and the Reimbursement process.
- Act as the primary business partner for the Sales team, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Provide sales performance analysis, track KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in Business Control, Sales Operations, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or as a Business Analyst.
- Must have proven, strong experience in developing and managing sales budgeting and forecasting.
- Must have experience leading a team (minimum 2-3 years in a leadership/managerial role).
- Deep understanding of sales support workflows, including invoicing, AR tracking, and reimbursement management.
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (including financial modeling, pivot tables).
- Experience with BI tools (like Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (like Salesforce) or ERP is a significant plus.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, especially in collaborating with Sales and Finance teams.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
