Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new opportunities and deliver value proposition proposals to the industrial market and customers in accordance with the strategic plans of the division, region, and country.
Achieve annual sales and order targets for industrial markets.
Prepare sales and order forecasts for industrial markets and customers.
Formulate action plans for industrial markets and customers, update action plans regularly, and summarize it for the periodical sales reviews.
Organize daily activities in accordance with the strategic action plans.
Support existing customers with channel partners to generate sales and orders to achieve growth and targeted projections.
Pursue proactive customer visits to create opportunities and to establishing professional relationship with the end customers.
Coordinate settlements of technical and commercial inquiries from the customers by getting involved with local, regional, and global teams within Eaton’s Filtration Division.

Kualifikasi

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any other related fields.
Prior experience and knowledge in similar industry will be advantageous.
Great communication and understanding skills, able to explain technical terms in a simple and understandable manner.
Familiar with e-learning platform(s), PowerPoint, Excel, and able to create training materials.
Proficient in creating slide presentations.
Great communication and understanding skills, also able to explain technical terms in a simple and understandable manner.
Have experience in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with a good level of empathy.
Proficient in English (verbal and written).
